festive forage catering menu additions
Our Forage Tourtieres are already on sale in the freezer while supplies last. They are made with Broek Pork Acres Berkshire pork, Sunworks Farm organic beef, Lund’s Organic carrots, Broxburn onions, Eagle Creek Farm garlic, herbs and spices form Silk Road Spice Merchants, and pastry from Manuel Latruwe – wonderfully local and delicious. They are unbaked and frozen so you can pick up any time and keep them in the freezer. A nine inch tourtiere has almost 3 pounds of meat and will feed 5-6 adults for $42.
For December 20th to December 22nd pick up we have our Christmas Dinner Sides. We’ll have Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Sage Bread Pudding, Roasted Beets and Chevre, Roasted Pear Salad, Maple Mustard Roasted Root Vegetables.
If you are planning to entertain before Christmas be sure to check out the Forage Catering Menu for hors d’oeuvres, platters, casseroles, salads, and baking. We have some days that are already booked up so get your orders in as soon as possible. Forage will be closed for the holidays Sunday, December 23rd to New Years Day and open on Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019.
