Fall/Winter Catering Menu

Yes, I just typed the word ‘winter’!  We’ve done our seasonal updating of our Forage catering menu.  The catering side of Forage is for drop off and pick up events with a selection of hors d’oeuvres, platters, casseroles, salads, and baking.  Whether you need a dozen tasty bites for a visit with friends or food for 100 we can help with planning menus and amounts.  You can check out the updated menu by clicking on the ‘catering’ tab.

Here are the daily specials for the week of September 3rd:

monday – labour day

we’re closed

tuesday – butter chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken simmered with curry spices, tomatoes, ginger, cream, and butter served over basmati rice  $16  add cucumber raita salad  $4

wednesday – macaroni & cheese

our take on the classic comfort food – we pack ours with sylvan star gouda and cheddar cheeses  $9  bbq chicken skewer (2 oz.)  $5

thursday – mom’s meatloaf

sunworks farm organic beef and broek pork acres pork meatloaf with tomato glaze served with buttermilk whipped potatoes, pan gravy, and buttered vegetables  $16

friday – roast organic chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $50 whole  $30 half  $16 quarter

herb buttered vegetables add on $15 whole $10 half $6 quarter

saturday – crispy waffles & cinnamon rolls

crispy belgian waffle cooked to order, maple syrup, sylvan star butter  $7

warm sticky cinnamon roll  $3.75
