New Forage Chicken Hand Pies

We’ve added a new item to our freezer – it’s Chicken Hand Pies. We are filling Pascal’s Patisserie pastry with Sunworks Farm organic chicken, Lund’s organic carrots, potatoes, and parsnips, peas, corn, and herb gravy. Basically our chicken pot pie filling in Pascal’s pastry – which is made with Highwood Crossing organic flour. They are ready to bake and take about 30 minutes and are perfect for a quick meal. Two pies are $10.

Monday – Hoisin Chicken

Sunworks Farm organic chicken with a hoisin sauce glaze served with white rice and stir fry salad $17

Tuesday – Mole Pork Enchilada

Braised Broek Pork Acres Berkshire pork shoulder bathed in mole sauce, wrapped in Tres Marias corn tortilla with salsa verde cream and jack cheese served with chipotle slaw $16

Wednesday – Vegetable Burrito

Tres Marias flour tortilla filled with tomato rice, beans, peppers, spinach, and cheddar served with chipotle slaw $14

Thursday – Bison Mushroom Meatballs

Buffalo Horn Ranch bison meatballs in a cremini mushroom and cranberry cream sauce with steamed rice $15

Friday – Roast Organic Chicken

Roasted Sunworks Farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $48 whole $29 half $16 quarter
