just a reminder that we will be closed for canada day and open on saturday, july 2nd. here’s some great things we’re offering to help you celebrate this week:
canada day snack pack
cedar planked salmon rillettes (like a pate of cedar salmon), roasted red pepper hummus, eggplant and feta dip, hickory maple pecan popcorn, three farmers chick pea snacks, crostini and pita chips – all for $40 – available in the shop all week
summer dinner package one
pulled bbq chicken, buns, molasses baked beans, and a choice of 3 of 5 additional salads – all for $20 per person
summer dinner package two
cedar planked salmon with shallot dill aioli, lovage potato salad, buttermilk biscuits, and a choice of 2 additional salads – all for only $28 per person

broek pork acres pork and sunworks farm organic beef meatloaf with tourtiere spices served with rhubarb chutney, mashed potatoes, maple mustard vegetables, and pan gravy $17

our take on the classic comfort food dish – we pack ours with sylvan star gouda and cheddar cheeses $9 green salad $5
thursday – vietnamese chicken salad
it’s one of your all-time favorites! sunworks farm organic chicken, rice noodles, carrots, peppers, snap peas, greens, chili ginger lime vinaigrette $16
