long weekend salmon dinner
we’ve had a good response to offering a salmon dinner going into the weekend so we’re going to offer another one for this long weekend. it will be available for pick up on friday and saturday.
vietnamese cedar salmon – planked wild sockeye salmon with a lime ginger glaze and topped with vietnamese herbs served with rice noodle salad, lemongrass tomato and green bean salad, and chili cucumber salad $28 per person

it’s time for our famous six buck puck sale! while supplies last, all of our puck shaped frozen meals are only $6. this is a great time to stock up for lunches, the cabin, and quick dinners.
