waffles this saturday!

Wade loves a light, crispy, flavorful waffle and this Saturday we are offering just that as our daily special.  Our recipe has Highwood Crossing organic flour, Sunworks Farm organic eggs, yeast, sugar, Vital Green organic milk, butter, and a touch of vanilla.  It is made the day before and then is left to bubble and develop a rich flavor overnight.  We’ll be cooking these to order (they take about 4 minutes) and they come with maple syrup and a pat of Sylvan Star butter.  Perfection!

monday – hoisin chicken
