Thursday – Bison Macaroni Casserole

Buffalo Horn Ranch bison, macaroni, tomatoes, green peppers, cabbage, and cheddar cheese  $10  Add a green salad  $4

Friday – Roast Organic Chicken

Roasted Sunworks Farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $45 whole  $28 half  $16 quarter
