Wednesday – Eggplant Parmigiana

Broxburn eggplant lightly breaded and fried then layered with tomato sauce and mozzarella and bocconcini.  Served with marinated vegetable salad.  $15

Thursday – Vietnamese Chicken Salad

Main course salad of Sunworks Farm organic chicken, carrots, peas, peppers, cilantro, rice noodles and butterleaf lettuce with ginger lime vinaigrette  $15

Friday – Roast Organic Chicken

Roasted Sunworks Farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $45 whole  $28 half  $16 quarter
