These 9 inch pies are over 3 and a half pounds and we make them with Pascal’s Patisserie pastry (made with Highwood Crossing organic flour), Broek Pork Acres Berkshire Pork, Sunworks Farm Organic Beef, Lund’s Organic carrots, Broxburn onions, and herbs and spices from Silk Road Spice Merchants.  They are frozen and ready for baking.  Each pie will easily feed 6-8 adults and they are $32 each. We also have other seasonal favorites like our Quebec Red Tomato Ketchup and Cranberry Chutney available to compliment them.

We’ve also partnered with the Calgary Jazz Orchestra to offer a little something more with our tourtieres. Every tourtiere purchased will include a discount code for 20% off tickets for the CJO’s Perfectly Frank Christmas concert on Sunday, December 21st. This year they’ve added a 3PM matinee to go with the 7PM show since the evening show always sells out. We love the Calgary Jazz Orchestra! Over 16 of the city’s best musicians all on the same stage playing and improvising like you’ve never seen or heard before. And, their Christmas concert is a great way to ease into the holiday week!
