a 9 inch almost 3 pound pie is made with broek pork acres pork, sunworks farm organic beef, broxburn onions, lund’s organic carrots, celery, silk road spice merchant herbs and spices, manuel latruwe pastry – unbaked and frozen. tourtieres are first come first serve.

pouding chomeur – “poor man’s” pudding (250 mL)   $7 each

a traditional quebec dessert that is basically a maple syrup sauce and cake – incredibly rich and delicious and a perfect way to complete the tourtiere feast – best if warmed slightly

festive finger sweets – (24 pieces)  $36

a selection of festive finger sweets including candy cane brownies, green tea ginger snaps, lime coconut bars, cranberry pistachio short bread
