forage festive menu

just a reminder that our forage festive menu is in full swing! frozen tourtieres go on sale this thursday and our forage tourtiere dinner package starts then too. the package has a 9 inch tourtiere, mashed potatoes, maple mustard roasted root vegetables, roasted pear salad, and our quebec tomato ketchup. each dinner feeds 6-8 people and is a traditional christmas eve dinner at my house. we also have a pick up party package to help with all your festive entertaining going into the holiday. it’s also time to start getting your orders in for dinner sides available december 21-23.

monday – chicken paprikash

sunworks farm organic chicken in hungarian paprika and sour cream sauce with peppers served over egg noodles  $16

broek pork acres pork patty with greek herbs served with roasted potatoes, greek salad, tzatziki, and flatbread  $16

roasted winter squash arancini served with roasted garlic cream sauce and balsamic roasted vegetables  $15

friday – roast organic chicken
