we’ve updated our catering menu for the winter season. we’ve still have full dinners, appetizers for parties, entrées, salads, baking, and cakes – we’ve just evolved things for the winter months.

forage dine at home dinners

we think january is the perfect time to stay in and enjoy a great meal with whatever you like to have one with – loved ones, friends, family, netflix! so we’re going to be offering full meals on thursdays and fridays that reflect the season and items that we normally can’t do a daily special with. think things like lamb osso buco, vietnamese glazed salmon, burgundy braised beef. the meals will require a heating which means you can eat them on saturday or sunday too. we’re going to include full instructions so you can be confident that everything will be great. we’re going to do small runs of these meals so you will need to order ahead of time if you want to be sure to get them. here’s the forage dine at home dinner for this week (thursday,friday, saturday):

duck confit with grainy mustard sauce

salad of butterleaf, roasted beets, pumpkin seeds, chevre dressing

monday – shepherds pie

sunworks farm organic beef, carrots, peas, parsnip, rutabaga, corn, herb gravy and buttermilk mashed potato top  $11  add a green salad  $6

tuesday – chicken paprikash

sunworks farm organic chicken simmered with hungarian paprika, sour cream, and red peppers served over egg noodles  $16

wednesday – macaroni & cheese

classic comfort food. we pack ours with sylvan star gouda and cheddar cheeses  $9  add a green salad  $6

thursday – italian meatloaf

broek pork acres berkshire pork and sunworks farm organic beef meatloaf with italian herbs and tomato glaze served with creamy polenta, balsamic roasted vegetables, mushroom gravy  $17

friday – roast organic chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $50 whole  $30 half  $16 quarter

saturday – ham & swiss quiche

polcan ham, swiss, sunworks eggs, cream, butter pastry  $11  green salad  $6
