tuesday – iranian beef stew

spring and persian new year! to celebrate we have this amazingly simple but complex dish. sunworks farm organic beef, yellow peas, tomato, turmeric, dried lime, and onions served with barberry basmati rice and a sumac yogurt cucumber salad  $16

wednesday – macaroni & cheese

classic comfort food! we pack ours with sylvan star gouda and cheddar cheeses  $9  green salad  $5  bbq chicken skewer (2 oz.)  $5

thursday – vietnamese chicken salad

it’s a forage favorite! sunworks farm organic chicken, lettuces, peas, carrots, peppers, rice noodles and chili lime vinaigrette  $16

friday – roast organic chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $50 whole  $30 half  $16 quarter

saturday – turkey shepherd’s pie
