Forage for the Holidays

You still have a couple days to get any preorders in for our Dinner Sides and Catering.  You can find all that we have under the catering tab.  Be sure to scroll all the way down to find the Festive menu too.

We have been assembling our Forage Tourtieres since the middle of November and will have them until they sell out this week.  They are a celebration of local with ingredients from Broek Pork Acres, Sunworks Farm, Lund’s Organics, Manuel Latruwe, Silk Road Spice Merchants, Eagle Creek Farm, and Broxburn Vegetables.  They are frozen and ready to bake and each pie feeds at least 6 adults.

Like other years Forage will be closing for the holidays.  Our last day of the year will be Saturday, December 22nd from 9AM to 2PM.  We will then be closed for the holidays and reopen on Wednesday, January 2nd for our regular hours.  From everyone here at Forage we want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and all the best in 2019!

Monday – Swedish Meatballs

Thursday – Cedar Salmon Pot Pie

Friday – Roast Organic Chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $50 whole  $30 half  $16 quarter
