Next Forage Farm to Fork, Food to Stay
Our next Food to Stay is Wednesday, May 29th and we will be doing tacos! Carnitas tacos made with slowly braised Broek Pork Acres pork, Tres Marias corn tortillas, onion, cilantro, and salsa. Straight forward street tacos. Perfect food. There will be some other items to round out the meal and the common room in Forage will be turned into a cantina. We’ll serve up tacos from 5PM to 7PM or as long as they last. We will be doing lobster dinners for our June event so look for more details to come on that.
