We are in our favorite time of year with so many local vegetables being harvested and many of the root vegetables on their way.  We are starting off the short work week with a new item – Peach Pepper Chicken.  We’ve made a beautiful glaze out Okanagan peaches and banana peppers that will have a little heat to it.  On Thursday we have Poblano Turkey.  A stuffed Tres Marias flour tortilla covered with a creamy poblano pepper and corn cream sauce topped with melty Jack Cheese.  And all week a Plum Ginger Crisp with a variety of BC plums and sesame and pumpkin seeds in the crisp.  Might be worth wandering over to Village Ice Cream for something to go on top of it…  Are we making your mouth water yet?

saturday – cinnamon rolls, quiche, scones
