We’ve got some fun things to see out the last week of February. Our yearly tradition of making Chicken Gumbo for Mardi Gras is back on Tuesday along with a special sweet for the day – a Upside Down Bananas Foster Cake! Inspired by the New Orleans dessert it’s rum spiked caramel, bananas, and yellow cake served with whipped cream. Laissez les bon temps rouler! On Thursday we have our German Plate with a Polcan smokie, house made cheddar perogies (with secret ingredient Imperial Cheese just like we used when I was a kid), sauerkraut, dill carrots, and braised red cabbage. Grab a tasty local German style beer from our friends next door and go for the full experience!
