Long Weekend BBQ Rib Dinner
Just a reminder to get your orders in for this weekend’s BBQ Rib Dinner. You have a couple options – order with our Doorstep Drop Off for delivery or pick up on Wednesday or order for pickup on Thursday, Friday or Saturday from Forage. We need 48 hours to marinate and cook the ribs so we’ll be cutting off orders 2 days before each pick up day. Don’t forget to add the Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp with some of the first of the season rhubarb! You can place an online order from the Forage Online Store here.
Here are the daily specials for the week of May 11th:
Monday – Lemon Tahini Chicken
grilled sunworks farm organic chicken with lemon and tahini served with roasted potato wedges, tomato cucumber salad, and tahini yogurt sauce $20
Tuesday – Vietnamese Chicken Salad
main course salad of sunworks farm organic chicken, rice noodles, greens, carrots, snap peas, peppers, and chili lime vinaigrette $17
Wednesday – Macaroni & Cheese
classic comfort food – we pack ours with sylvan star gouda and cheddar cheeses $9 bbq chicken skewer (2 oz.) $6
Thursday – Fogo Island Cod Pie
