Forage Forno Pizza Pop Up Thursday, May 28th

We’re doing it again! Next Thursday we’ll be popping out our Forage Forno pizzas from 3pm to 6:30pm. We start with a three day dough made with Highwood Crossing organic flour, top it with San Marzano tomato sauce, Parmesan, mozzarella, and other toppings. Our stove top fornos reach over 700F and can produce a pizza in under 3 minutes. We’ll be making 3 kinds – Margherita with fresh mozzarella and basil, The Forage with fennel salami, cremini mushroom, and red pepper, and Hawaiian with Polcan ham and grilled pineapple. In addition, we’ll have Caesar and Italian Green side salads and a Hot Fudge Brownie Sundae Kit. The kit includes 2 of our Forage Brownies, a 475mL tub of Manuel Latruwe Vanilla Ice Cream, and 125mL jar of Hot Fudge Sauce. It’ll feed at least two people…

We can knock out about 6 pizzas every 15 minutes so we sell the pizzas in pick up time slots. You can order through our Forage Online Store by choosing the Forage Pop Up location. Be sure to put your pizza choices in the notes section at check out. We sold out last time so get your orders in soon.

Monday – Mom’s Meatloaf
