Lobster Dinner Pop Up – June 19th

Years ago we did Farm Table Dinners at Forage. Each month we would feature a different farmer and have a long table dinner in the back room. By far the most popular was the one in June where we combined Alberta asparagus season with lobster season – selling out 3 nights in a row. Many have asked if we would do them again so we think now is the time. Sadly, we can’t all gather in a small room right now so we are going to offer the lobster dinner for takeout on Friday, June 19th. It just so happens that we’re going into Summer Solstice and Father’s Day that weekend so there’s lots to celebrate.

Forage Lobster Dinner Menu – whole 1½ pound lobster (hot or fully cooked and chilled), clarified butter, lovage potato salad, grilled alberta asparagus with romesco aioli, and a grilled corn and tomato salad.

Orders can be placed at the Forage Online Store. We can guarantee orders placed by end of day Monday June 15th. A limited number will be available after that first come first served.

Monday – Beef Burrito
