Stampede Pulled BBQ Pork Pop Up

This pop up was a huge hit last year and we’re firing up the BBQ again! We’re smoking Broek Pork Acres Berkshire Pork butts with apple and cherry woods over hickory charcoal for as long as it takes for them to fall apart in submission. Add in our Forage Mop Sauce and it’s flavour more exciting than a midway ride! Once again we’ll be selling the Pulled BBQ Pork Dinners in 30 minute pick up time windows. But wait! No salute to Stampede is complete without mini donuts… We do them the Forage way with Highwood Crossing organic flour, sour cream, Sunworks Farm organic eggs, and a combination of cinnamons from Silk Road Spice Merchants – fried and dusted to order. Now tell me your mouth isn’t watering!
