Monday – Roast Pork
Herb roasted Broek Pork Acres Berkshire pork, mashed potatoes, pan gravy, cider roasted vegetables $15
Tuesday – Chicken Burrito
Sunworks Farm organic chicken, tomato rice, beans, peppers, cheddar wrapped in a Tres Marias flour tortilla served with a salsa salad $14
Wednesday – Pesto Cheese Tortellini
Four cheese tortellini with a pesto cream sauce, tomatoes, bocconcini and mozzarella baked on top. Served with marinated vegetable salad $12
Thursday – Iranian Bison Stew
A beautiful stew taught to us by an Iranian cook. Buffalo Horn Ranch bison slow braised with dried lime, turmeric, tomatoes, split yellow peas, and a touch of nutmeg. Served over basmati rice with a cucumber salad $14
Friday – Roast Organic Chicken
Sunworks Farm roast organic chicken served with mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $40 whole $26 half $15 quarter
