Spinach, roast squash, beans, tomato rice, and cheddar wrapped in a Tres Marias flour tortilla served with chipotle slaw  $13

Thursday – Iranian Bison Stew

Buffalo Horn Ranch bison simmered with tomatoes, yellow peas, cinnamon, turmeric, and dried limes served over basmati rice  $13

Friday – Roast Organic Chicken

Sunworks Farm roast organic chicken served with mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $45 whole  $28 half  $16 quarter
