wednesday – italian vegetable tart

summer squash, peppers, and mushrooms, on parmesan potato and butter puff dough tart served with tomato and white bean ragu, and roasted broccoli with garlic chips and balsamic reduction   $23  grilled garlic and herb chicken skewer  (2oz.)  $7

thursday – prairie chicken salad

main course salad of sunworks farm organic chicken, lettuce, potatoes, wild rice, green and yellow beans, corn, and saskatoon berry vinaigrette  $23

friday – roast organic chicken dinner
