Tuesday – Beef Burrito
Hoven Farms organic beef, tomato rice, beans, peppers, onions, and cheddar in a Tres Marias flour tortilla with chipotle slaw $14
Wednesday – Eggplant Parmigiana
First of the season eggplant from Broxburn Farm, coated with bread crumbs and Parmesan, fried and then layered with tomato sauce and topped with Old West Ranch Buffalo Mozzarella. Served with and Italian salad $13
Thursday – Chicken Cacciatore
Sunworks Farm organic chicken simmered with tomatoes, herbs, mushrooms, root vegetables and wine. Served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes $16
Friday – Roast Organic Chicken
Sunworks Farm roast organic chicken served with mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $45 whole $28 half $16 quarter
