Forage and Infuse Summer Break
It’s the time of year again when we all need some time away so everything shuts down on Friday for a couple weeks. We want to thank everyone for understanding our need to take some time off and we’ll see you
all on August 13th when we return and Forage is open again.
Here are the specials for the week of July 23rd, 2012
Monday – Honey Ancho Chicken
Sunworks Farm organic chicken grilled with a honey ancho glaze served with Santa Fe salad and a bean salad $16
Tuesday – Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Broek Pork Acres Berkshire pork meatballs in a tangy sweet and sour sauce with pineapple and peppers. Served with white rice $15
Wednesday – Macaroni and Cheese
Our take on the classic dish but we make ours with loads of Sylvan Star gouda and cheddar $9 Add a garden salad for $4
Thursday – Greek Chicken Salad
This is a dinner sized main course salad. Sunworks Farm organic chicken with lemon and oregano, boiled potatoes, peppers, kalamata olives, tomatoes, cucumbers and a feta yogurt dressing $14
Friday – Closed For Our Summer Break
Forage is closed Friday, July 27th through Sunday, August 12th for our Summer Break
