Forage Summer Break
So we figured out a few years ago that it was just best to shut everything down and have all of us take our vacations at the same time. This way we come back all refreshed and ready
to go. Our summer break this year runs from Friday, August 2nd through Sunday, August 18th. We’ll be back open on Monday, August 19th. We want to thank everyone for understanding
our need to have some time off and look forward to seeing you when we return.
Here are the daily specials for the week of July 29th, 2013:
Monday – Italian Meatloaf
Hoven Farms organic beef meatloaf with Italian herbs and a tomato glaze served with creamy corn polenta, roast vegetables, and herb gravy $16
Tuesday – BBQ Chicken
Sunworks Farm organic chicken slathered in our BBQ sauce served with mashed potatoes and creamy slaw $16
Wednesday – Macaroni and Cheese
Our take on the classic comfort dish. We pack ours with Sylvan Star gouda and cheddar cheese $9 Add a green salad $4
Thursday – Greek Chicken Salad
This is a dinner sized main course salad. Lemon oregano Sunworks Farm chicken, potatoes, peppers, cucumber, tomatoes, kalamata olives, Noble Farm feta, lettuce, and red wine marjoram vinaigrette $15
Friday – Closed For Our Summer Break
Forage is closed August 2nd through August 18th and we’ll be back open on August 19th
