Wednesday – Vegetable Enchilada

Peppers, beans, tomato, red rice, and spinach wrapped in a Tres Marias corn tortilla and baked with white cheddar and tomatillo sauce on top.  Served with chipotle slaw  $14

Thursday – Bison Meatballs

Buffalo Horn Ranch bison meatballs in a mushroom and dried cranberry cream sauce over white rice  $15

Friday – Roast Organic Chicken
