Monday – Chicken Cacciatore

Sunworks Farm organic chicken simmered with herbs, white wine, tomatoes, mushrooms, and carrots served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes  $16

Tuesday – BBQ Pork

Broek Pork Acres pork shoulder in a tangy BBQ sauce served with apple cider slaw, baked beans, and cornbread  $16

Wednesday – Vegetable Pot Pie

Carrots, potatoes, green beans, peas, corn, and parsnips in a herb gravy with buttermilk biscuit top  $9  Add a green salad  $4

Thursday – Iranian Bison Stew

To celebrate the Persian New Year tomorrow we are making our Iranian stew.  Buffalo Horn Ranch bison simmered with tomatoes, turmeric, dried limes, a touch of nutmeg, and split yellow peas.  Served with basmati rice and sumac yogurt  $15

Friday – Roast Organic Chicken

Roasted Sunworks Farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $45 whole  $28 half  $16 quarter
