forage summer catering menu

our new summer catering menu is now available! we’ve evolved things a little for the summer months and we’re adding a summer dinner special. it includes pulled BBQ chicken, soft rolls, molasses baked beans, and a choice of 3 salads – all for $20 per person! there is a minimum order of 10 required but this is a perfect option for end of school parties, family gatherings, stampede shin digs, and summer picnics. check out the new menu here.

here are the daily specials for the week of may 30^th:

monday – bbq bison dinner

slow roasted buffalo horn ranch bison in bbq sauce, picnic potato salad, apple cider kale slaw, corn bread  $18

tuesday – sweet & sour meatballs

broek pork acres berkshire pork meatballs in a tangy sweet and sour sauce with peppers and pineapple served with steamed rice  $15

wednesday – vegetable & wild rice turnover

carrots, peas, green beans, spinach, stinging nettles, and wild rice in pascal’s butter puff dough served with roasted tomato sauce and creamy cucumber salad   $15

thursday – thai chicken salad

sunworks farm organic chicken, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, rice noodles, lettuces, and thai lemongrass dressing  $16

friday – roast organic chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $48 whole  $29 half  $16 quarter
