spring/summer catering menu
We couldn’t wait any longer for spring to arrive so we have gone ahead and revised the Forage catering menu for the warmer months ahead (if they ever get here!). Here are the daily specials for the week of April 9th:
monday – tahini chicken
sunworks farm organic chicken marinated and grilled with tahini, lemon, and yogurt served with roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, and tahini sauce $18
tuesday – bison shepherd’s pie
buffalo horn ranch bison, carrots, peas, root vegetables, gravy, and whipped potato top $12 add a green salad $6
wednesday – baked tortellini
scarpone’s four cheese tortellini baked with basil pesto cream, tomatoes, and spinach topped with mozzarella $10 lemon rosemary chicken skewer (2 oz.) $5
thursday – braised beef
mitchell brothers beef chuck slow braised with wine and herbs served with buttermilk mashed potatoes, root vegetables, green beans, and reduced braising liquid $20
friday – roast organic chicken
sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $50 whole $30 half $16 quarter
roasted root vegetables add on $15 whole $10 half $6 quarter
saturday – crispy waffles & cinnamon rolls
crispy belgian waffle cooked to order, maple syrup, sylvan star butter $7
warm sticky cinnamon roll $3.75
