summer/fall forage catering menu
We’ve updated our ever-evolving catering menu for the summer/fall season. The appetizer and platter section has been expanded and our salad offerings have been changed for the season. There’s still a Dinner Special menu and as always we can usually offer any of the items you see on our weekly specials menu. You can check out the menu here.
Here’s the daily specials for the week of July 17th:
monday – tahini chicken
sunworks farm organic chicken marinated with tahini and lemon and grilled served with grilled potatoes and vegetables with dill and a tahini yogurt sauce $18
tuesday – greek patty
broek pork acres berkshire pork patty with greek spices served with lemon oregano potatoes, greek salad, tzatziki, and flatbread $16
wednesday – macaroni & cheese
our take on the classic comfort food – we pack ours with sylvan star gouda and cheddar cheeses $9 bbq chicken skewer (2 oz.) $5
thursday – vietnamese chicken salad
main course salad with sunworks farm organic chicken, chili lime rice noodles, lettuces, peppers, snap peas, broccoli, carrots and chili lime vinaigrette $16
friday – roast organic chicken
sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $50 whole $30 half $16 quarter

saturday – ham and swiss quiche
