tuesday – lamb burger

ewenique farms lamb patty on a soft kaiser roll with red onion jam, feta mayonnaise, rhubarb quick pickle, tomato, and lettuce served with fries with lemon harissa aioli  $19

wednesday – asparagus tart

first of the season alberta asparagus and sylvan star gouda and potato mousse on butter puff dough served with lemon green pea potato salad, and a green salad with saskatoon berry vinaigrette  $20  honey mustard chicken skewer  (2oz.)  $6

thursday – meat lasagna

layers of house made pasta with broek pork acres meat sauce, spinach, ricotta, and mozzarella served with an italian green salad with balsamic vinaigrette  $19

friday – roast organic chicken
