Forage Thanksgiving Menu

It is only 3 weeks to Thanksgiving and once again we are offering sides and baking to help round out your celebrations. Orders need to be placed end of the day on Tuesday, October 2nd for pick up Thursday, October 4th to Saturday, October 6th.  Here’s the menu and the full details can be found on the Catering tab.

buttermilk mashed potatoes

lund’s organic potatoes, vital greens organic buttermilk, butter, chives

sage bread pudding

monday – vietnamese meatballs

broek pork acres pork meatballs with vietnamese herbs and sweet chili glaze served with steamed rice and grapefruit pecan slaw  $16

tuesday – chicken pie

two crust pie filled with sunworks farm organic chicken, potatoes, carrots, green beans, peas, leeks, and herb gravy served with spinach salad  $14

wednesday – roasted squash risotto cake

roasted winter squash risotto cake topped with provolone and mozzarella served with white bean, tomato, and greens ragu  $14  lemon rosemary chicken skewer (2 oz.)  $5

thursday – pot roast

mitchell brothers grass fed beef pot roast with buttermilk mashed potatoes, apple cider carrots, green bean salad, pan gravy  $20

friday – roast organic chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $50 whole  $30 half  $16 quarter

saturday – crispy waffles & cinnamon rolls
