Five Buck Pucks         

This Tuesday through Friday it’s our famous Five Buck Puck Sale.  All our frozen entrees, soups, and stews that are packaged in puck form are $5 each.  Stock up for lunches and cold days when you just don’t want to venture out.

Here’s the menu for the week of February 21^st:

Monday – Family Day

Forage is Closed  

Tuesday – Bison Macaroni Casserole

Buffalo Horn Ranch bison, macaroni, tomatoes, green peppers, and cheddar  $10

Wednesday – Roast Squash Risotto Cake

Roast Innisfail Growers squash risotto cake served with braised red cabbage  $12

Thursday – Chicken Pot Pie

Sunworks Farm organic chicken, potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and peas in a light herb sauce topped with a biscuit crust  $10

Friday – Roast Organic Chicken

Sunworks Farm roast organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $40 whole  $26 half  $15 quarter
