Next Forage to Stay – Burgers!
Our next Forage – Farm to Fork, Food to Stay dinner is going to the hop! We’re turning the Common Room into a diner and we are serving Bacon Cheeseburgers and Fries. As always this will be a local burger with a Glamorgan Bakery bun, 5 ounces of Sunworks Farm organic beef, Polcan bacon, Sylvan Star aged cheddar, Broxburn tomato and lettuce along with the usual condiments. We’re serving burgers from 5PM to 6:30PM on Wednesday, April 24th on a first come first serve basis. Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries is $20 and we will have an assortment of fizzy beverages available to wash it down including Annex Root Beer.

Monday – Mom’s Meatloaf
broek pork acres pork meatloaf with ketchup and brown sugar glaze served with mashed potatoes, buttered vegetables, and pan gravy $16
Tuesday – BBQ Chicken Dinner

Wednesday – Thai Green Curry Vegetables
vegetables in a house made green curry paste and coconut milk sauce served with jasmine rice and creamy lemongrass salad $15 chicken satay (2 oz.) $5
Thursday – Roast Organic Chicken
sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $50 whole $30 half $16 quarter
roasted root vegetables add on $15 whole $10 half $6 quarter
We will have fresh baked Sticky Cinnamon Rolls available this day too.
