Forage at Banded Peak
Forage will be at Banded Peak Brewing (519 34 Ave SE in the heart of the Barley Belt) on Thursday, August 1st for the launch of their latest brew. It’s a New England Pale Ale and we’ll be selling some tasty food to complement it – did someone say Butter Chicken Wings? Pop down to the brewery after 4PM for our Forage pop-up.

We are heading into the heart of the summer market season with an abundance of fresh produce from our Alberta farms and a dizzying array of fruit from BC. We shop at 2 markets every week and we’re getting as much of it as we can on the menu. This week alone we are featuring apricots, beans, lettuces, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, spinach, peppers, tomatoes, BC corn, cabbage, potatoes, chard, garlic, and cilantro. Come to Forage to support the farms that work our short growing season!
monday – apricot mustard chicken
