Forage Forno Pizza Pop-Up
Last year we got a gas stove top pizza oven that runs about 700F and pops out pizzas in 3 minutes. We have been working with a three day dough made with Highwood Crossing flour and local toppings like Salt Craft Meat Co salamis and Broxburn peppers. So far we’ve just been selling them out of the freezer but there’s nothing like fresh from the oven pizza! On Thursday, March 26th we will have our Forage Forno Pizza Pop Up from 4PM to 7PM. We will have a menu of 3 different pizzas (10 inch) and a couple salads to complement for take out. You’ll place orders in Forage and then pop next door to Infuse for pick up.
