Forage Forno Pizza Pop Up

We’re shaking things up a bit to keep things interesting!  We’ve been working on perfecting pizzas made in our stove top gas pizza oven and we want to share them with you.  The oven runs around 700F and we’re getting beautiful pizzas in around three and a half minutes.  Our pizza pop up will be in addition to our daily special on Thursday and we’ll make pizzas between 3pm and 5pm while supplies last.  We’d like you to pop into the shop or call the shop with your order.  We’ll be baking all pizzas to order and we’ll deliver to your car!

Forage Forno Pizza Pop Up Menu – Thursday, March 26th 3-5PM

Pizzas (10 inch)

All pizzas are made with San Marzano tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese on our 3-day pizza dough made with Highwood Crossing flour

Margherita – fresh mozzarella, fresh broxburn basil  $14

Meat Lovers – scarpone’s spicy sausage, polcan ham, vdg salumi prosciutto salami  $18

Spicy – salt craft meat co calabrian chili salami, banana peppers, chili flakes  $16

Forage – salt craft meat co fennel salami, cremini mushrooms, red pepper  $16
