Our next Forage Forno Pizza Pop Up is Thursday between 3PM and 7PM. Once again we will be selling pizzas for pick up in 15 minute time slots so get your orders in early. We are offering three different 10 inch pizzas – a Margherita (fresh mozzarella and basil), The Forage (Salt Craft Meat Co. fennel salami, mushroom, and red pepper), and Hawaiian (Polcan Virginia ham and grilled pineapple). All our pizzas have our three day dough made with Highwood Crossing organic flour, mozzarella, and San Marzano tomato sauce. In addition we have a Caesar Salad, Italian Green Salad, and Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Sundae Kit with Sea Salt Caramel, Manuel Latruwe Vanilla Ice Cream, and peanuts.

monday – tahini lamb meatballs

ewenique farm lamb and sunworks farm organic beef meatballs in tahini, lemon, and herb sauce served with rice with chickpeas, a green bean, red pepper, and grilled cauliflower salad, and broccoli with walnuts and pomegranate molasses  $20

friday – roast organic chicken
