August Long Weekend Rib Dinner
Our BBQ Rib Dinner is back for the August Long Weekend. It’s a light dinner for 2 people or a feast for one and consists of a rack of Broek Pork Acres Berkshire ribs, BBQ sauce, New Potato Salad with Dill, Lund’s Organic Spinach Salad with Blackberry Vinaigrette, and a Tomato and Green Bean Salad with Herb Dressing. This time we’re going to hardwood smoke the ribs for a bit then slow roast them until tender. All you have to do is warm them on the grill or in the oven. We are also offering Sylvan Star Gouda and Corn Muffins and a BC Blueberry Amaretto Tiramisu to round out the dinner. Book online or give us a call for pick up on Thursday, July 30th, Friday, July 31st, or Saturday, July 1st during Forage hours.

Monday – Italian Meatloaf
sunworks farm organic pork and beef meatloaf with italian herbs and tomato glaze served with mascarpone mashed potatoes, balsamic baby carrots, garlic chip broccolini, and pan gravy $19
Tuesday – Apricot Mustard Chicken

Wednesday – Falafel Plate
house made falafel patties with pickle and hot peppers on the side, parsley, tomato, and radish salad, cumin roasted cauliflower salad, tahini yogurt sauce, and a house made pita bread $18
Thursday – Chicken & Waffles

Friday – Roast Organic Chicken
