Forage Fourth Birthday Party is Friday
It’s been four years since we started bringing slow, fast food to Calgary and it’s time to celebrate! This Friday we are having our Fourth Annual Forage Birthday Party from 4:30PM to 7:00PM. we’ll be setting up tents, firing up the grill and putting out some chairs. the birthday special is a Hoven Farms organic beef burger, salad, Chokecherry Lemonade, and a birthday cupcake all for $10. Kids under 12 $5. We will still
be open at 2PM and we will still be offering up our Friday Roast Chicken Dinner if burgers aren’t your thing. Thanks to everyone who has supported us over the years and thanks to all of our farmers. See you Friday!
Here’s the menu for the week of August 22nd:
Monday – Beef Tamale Pie
Hoven Farms organic beef, peppers, corn, and tomatoes, topped with a corn tamale crust $10
Tuesday – BBQ Chicken
BBQ Sunworks Farm organic chicken basted with tangy BBQ sauce served with lovage potato salad and three bean salad $14
Wednesday – Tortellini Caprese
Scarpone’s cheese tortellini in a basil cream sauce with grape tomatoes and bocconcini all baked with mozzarella on top $9
Thursday – Vietnamese Chicken Salad
Sunworks Farm organic chicken, peppers, carrots, peas, cilantro, rice noodles with ginger lime vinaigrette $13
Friday – Roast Organic Chicken
Sunworks Farm roast organic chicken served with picnic potato salad and our famous gravy $40 whole $26 half $15 quarter
