Barb Thomas is a Holistic Nutritionist and the Event Planner for infuse catering – the sister company next door to Forage.  She can now add author to her list of accomplishments with the release of her new book Go Goddess! that she has co-written with her friend Jennifer Rochford.  The subtitle for the book is ‘From Depleted to Divine’ and it is a guidebook for women who are ready to “find joy”.  It’s a concise gathering of tips on getting the most out of life from simple things like essential nutrition, to eating locally and sharing meals, to finding inspiration.  It’s a perfect stocking stuffer for any woman on your shopping list and we’ve got signed copies in Forage for sale now.

Hoven Farms organic beef chuck roast braised for hours with root vegetables and potatoes  $14

Roast squash risotto cake topped with fresh mozzarella served with braised chard, cabbage, and spinach  $11
