Barb Thomas is a Holistic Nutritionist and the Event Planner for infuse catering – the sister company next door to Forage. She can now add author to her list of accomplishments with the release of her new book Go Goddess! that she has co-written with her friend Jennifer Rochford. The subtitle for the book is ‘From Depleted to Divine’ and it is a guidebook for women who are ready to “find joy”. It’s a concise gathering of tips on getting the most out of life from simple things like essential nutrition, to eating locally and sharing meals, to finding inspiration.
