Tuesday – Sweet and Sour Pork Meatballs
Broek Pork Acres Berkshire pork meatballs in pineapple sweet and sour sauce with peppers and carrots served over white rice $14
Wednesday – Macaroni and Cheese
The classic dish. We make ours with Sylvan Star gouda and cheddar cheese $9 Add a green salad $4
Thursday – Bison Shepherd’s Pie
Buffalo Horn Ranch bison, peas, corn, carrots, and parsnips in a light herb gravy topped with mashed potatoes $10
Friday – Roast Organic Chicken
Sunworks Farm roast organic chicken served with mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $45 whole $28 half $16 quarter
