Here is the menu for the week of May 28th:
Monday – BBQ Chicken
Sunworks Farm organic chicken with BBQ sauce glaze served with Picnic Potato Salad and Raspberry Poppy Seed Slaw $16
Tuesday – Iranian Bison Stew
Buffalo Horn Ranch bison simmered for hours with onions, tomato, turmeric, nutmeg, dried limes, and yellow peas served over basmati rice with sumac yogurt and flatbread $15
Wednesday – Asparagus and Gouda Tart
Edgar Farms asparagus is back in season so we’re making this annual favorite. Butter puff dough topped with potato and Sylvan Star gouda mousse, asparagus, and more gouda. Served with a green salad with saskatoon berry vinaigrette $14
Thursday – Greek Chicken Salad
This is a dinner sized main course salad. Sunworks Farm organic chicken with lemon and oregano, boiled potatoes, peppers, kalamata olives, tomatoes, cucumbers and a feta yogurt dressing $14
Friday – Roast Organic Chicken
Sunworks Farm roast organic chicken served with mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $45 whole $28 half $16 quarter
