Crowbar Cocktail Class – Rum, Pig, and Punch
The next Cocktail Class will be Friday, June 22nd and will feature rum cocktails and rum punch along with some tasty sugar cane pork. This edition of our cocktail classes will introduce you to rum, its’ uses, and some great cocktail techniques. Classes are held in the Crowbar Lounge inside Forage and in this hands on class you will be making and tasting 2 cocktails. Then we’re going to turn it into Caribbean parrty and enjoy some tasty sugar cane Broek Pork Acres pork and snacks with the cocktails. The class runs 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm and tickets are $65 plus GST. Space is limited to 10 spots and are first come first serve. Please email your requests to info@crowbarcalgary.com and we’ll reply by email and then confirm your spot with credit card payment. Also, look for Crowbar at the Pig and Pinot fundraiser on June 20th.

Monday – Greek Patty
Broek Pork Acres Berkshire pork patty with oregano and lemon served with Greek salad, pita bread, and tzatziki $14
Tuesday – Turkey Pot Pie
Winter’s Turkey, peas, carrots, potatoes, green beans, and a touch of lovage in a light gravy topped with a biscuit crust $10 Add a green salad $4
Wednesday – Asparagus and Gouda Tart
Butter puff dough topped with potato and Sylvan Star gouda mousse, Edgar Farms asparagus, and more gouda. Served with a green salad and rhubarb poppy seed vinaigrette $14
Thursday – Vietnamese Chicken Salad
This is a dinner sized main course salad. Sunworks Farm organic chicken, carrots, peas, peppers, cilantro, rice noodles and greens with ginger lime vinaigrette $14
Friday – Roast Organic Chicken
Sunworks Farm roast organic chicken served with mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $45 whole $28 half $16 quarter
