Sunworks Farm at Forage
Starting January 7th and running Fridays and Saturdays, Sunworks Farm will be selling their great organic products out of the Green Room at Forage. They’ll be there during our operating hours on Fridays and from 9AM to 4PM on Saturdays. For now, Forage will still be closed on Saturdays but we’ll look at the possibility of opening on Saturdays in the new year. Just come in through the Forage entrance and head into the Green Room and Sheila will look after you. Sunworks is currently working on 2 new retail locations and they are going to be selling from here until they are completed.
Turkey Pick Up
If you have a Winter’s Turkey on preorder, they will be available for pick up on Wednesday and Thursday during Forage hours. I’ll post turkey cooking instructions on the website.
Forage will be closed from Christmas Eve to January 2nd. We’ll be open in the new year but closed from January 7th through January 10th so I can take the team for a retreat. Have a great holiday everyone and thanks for everything this past year!

Monday – Meatloaf and Mashed
Broek Pork pork, Vital Greens organic veal, Hoven Farms organic beef meatloaf with sage gravy, mashed potatoes, carrots $13
Tuesday – Beef Shepherd’s Pie
Hoven Farms organic beef, carrots, root vegetables, peas, corn in a herb sauce topped with mashed potatoes $10
Wednesday – Vegetable Burrito
Tres Marias flour tortilla filled with tomato rice, peppers, winter greens, beans, and cheddar cheese served with chipotle slaw $12
Thursday – Roast Organic Chicken
Sunworks Farm roast organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $40 whole $26 half $15 quarter
Friday – Christmas Eve – Closed
Forage will be closed until january 3rd, 2011
