Sunworks Farm Market Days
Happy New Year and welcome to 2011! Starting this Friday, Sunworks Farm will be taking over the Green Room inside Forage and selling their organic chicken, duck, pork, lamb, bison, beef, and eggs. They will operate from 2PM to 7PM on Fridays and 9AM to 3PM on Saturdays. Be aware that Forage will not be open on Saturdays for now but you are more than welcome to come in and buy products from Sunworks. It’s a great chance to meet the farmer and Sunworks will be here at least until their new retail location opens in Inglewood later this year.
Infuse/Forage Retreat
I’m taking the team for a little retreat this coming weekend and so Forage will be closed Friday through Monday so Tagen can come along. Even though Forage will be closed, Sunworks will be here for their first market weekend. Thanks for understanding!

Monday – Chicken Paprikash
Sunworks Farm organic chicken simmered in a Hungarian paprika and sour cream sauce served with egg noodles $13
Tuesday – BBQ Meatloaf
Hoven Farms organic beef and Broek Pork Acres pork meatloaf with a BBQ sauce glaze served with mashed potatoes, carrots, and gravy $13
Wednesday – Macaroni and Cheese
Our take on the ultimate comfort dish – loaded with Sylvan Star gouda $9
Thursday – Bison Pot Roast
Buffalo Horn Ranch bison pot roast with root vegetables and potatoes $13
Friday – Forage is Closed January 7th Through 10th For Our Staff Retreat
