forage opening on saturdays

Starting Saturday, November 7th Forage will be open on Saturdays from 9AM to 2PM with a more morning focused menu to complement our weekly offerings. Our special on Saturday will be a breakfast/brunchy item hot and ready to eat – think Frittatas, Breakfast Burritos, Quiche, Hash, etc. In addition we will offer freshly baked Pascal’s Pain au Chocolat and Croissants, Vital Green Yogurt and Forage Granola, and our new (and incredible if we do say so ourselves) warm from the oven Sticky Cinnamon Buns. And, you’ll be able to enjoy it with a cup of Monogram coffee.

monday – butter chicken

organic chicken simmered with curry spices, onions, ginger, tomatoes, cream and butter served over basmati rice $16

tuesday – mole beef enchilada

sunworks farm organic beef in mole sauce wrapped in tres marias corn tortillas with rice, jack cheese, corn, and beans served with salsa salad $15

wednesday – baked caprese ravioli

scarpone’s four cheese ravioli, pesto cream sauce, tomatoes, and mozzarella $9 side salad $5

thursday – italian meatloaf

broek pork acres berkshire pork and organic beef meatloaf with tangy tomato glaze served with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, balsamic roasted vegetables and herb gravy $16

friday – roast organic chicken

roasted sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy $48 whole $29 half $16 quarter
