new forage catering menu

We have been getting a lot of inquiries lately about larger portions of Forage food to go for dinners, meeting, lunches, etc.  We have now added a Forage catering menu to our offering to make it easier to plan and order larger amounts of forage entrees, salads, baking, and sweets.  We just need at least 3 business days notice and we can have hot or ready to heat food ready for you to pick up.  The menu will change slightly every quarter and our weekly specials menu can be ordered from too.  Check out the menu online here or give us a call at Forage to order.

here are the daily specials for the week of april 11th:

monday – bison meatballs

buffalo horn ranch bison meatballs in a mushroom cranberry cream sauce served with white rice  $15

tuesday – spaghetti pie

broek pork acres pork meat sauce, spaghetti, ricotta, mozzarella  $10  italian vegetable salad  $6

wednesday – vegetable pot pie

carrots, green beans, peppers, corn, peas, potatoes, root vegetables, herb gravy and a buttermilk biscuit top  $10  add a green salad  $5

thursday – thai chicken salad

sunworks farm organic chicken, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, rice noodles, lettuces, and lemongrass dressing  $16

friday – roast organic chicken

sunworks farm organic chicken served with buttermilk mashed potatoes and our famous gravy  $48 whole  $29 half  $16 quarter
